VERY disappointed
I’m a mechanical engineer and was very excited to get this 3D printer for my 7 year-old grandson. It worked great for a few days and then the print nozzle clogged. I spent an hour following the recommended Unclog process while using the unclog tool, and filament still won’t feed correctly. Several online reviews mention the same issue. In my opinion the product has a fundamental design flaw, and should have been designed to have an automated self-clean cycle after every print. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this product was a huge disappointment. The return went smoothly so I’ve changed to 3 stars.
