I don't know how you don't understand that something isn't late until the day after the due date. My bill was paid on the due date but it was your company that charged an extra $15 because my credit card company denied your charge thinking you was a scam and trying to protect me. Yes you reversed the charge but it's not the point. My bill was not late.

As stated in my last reply: the late fee is added automatically to all failed payments (regardless of reason) and the late fee is part of our terms and conditions to which you agreed upon placing your order. Also, as explained before we will reverse any late fee that were caused by card issuers incorrectly flagging payments as unauthorized like in your case. There is no scam if our payment policies are clearly stated in our TOS and we reversed the late fee when you contacted us. I think your opinion is unfounded and undeserved when we didn't do anything wrong and the error was caused by your card issuer.
