They claim to offer cancellation up to 24h before - this is a lie. They make it extremely complicated to get your money back, claim they're just a third party and you have to call a different company to get the refund (then provide you with a number that doesn't work) and are extremely rude over email when you question their weird arrangements. Avoid if you need any flexibility whatsoever in your booking.

I booked a tour to muir woods. It was amaizing! The tour guide (I forgot his name) but he was awasome. I really enjoyed it and i would totally recommended. The only negative thing is that you only have 1.5 hrs to explore muir woods which is not enough time
