At the start of the call, I didn't really know what I was getting myself into or how to make it work, by the end of the call, I knew exactly what was going on, what to do, and what to expect. As my assigned rep, Tina has checked in multiple times over the weeks, just to see how things are going and ask if I need any help or have any questions. It's really nice to know that if I need anything, or experience any issues, I can call up or email a specific person, with a name, who knows the history of my account. This alone is gold for any small business. The payment processing platform was extremely easy to incorporate into my WordPress woo commerce store. Very user-friendly, with very minimal set up.
