based on shipping info, it was expected to arrive on 12/2. It is ok that it delays for a day. It is 12/4. The portal still shows 12/2. It is not clear when I will receive, especially, I need to pay for the shipping. Hopefully, the shipping side can improve.

You ordered on 11/27,.. we shipped same day,.. why USPS was delayed in delivering is not available in the tracking report.

Seller didn't Honor the listed price!!! Asked if I would pay the difference and then refunded. I had already bought the said item at the same price weeks before. Never buy from them again

We did not catch the pricing error the first order. The $52.95 you paid was supposed to be $422 for a 3-PW set of KBS shafts. Our store policy, which you agreed to by purchasing from us, is very clear on pricing errors. I think you came out way, way, way ahead on this one.

Sorry for that Packing error.!!

Slow Shipping, think they just flip shafts right from the manufacturer and don't stock anything. Wouldn't use them again.

You ordered on July 3rd, and we shipped on Monday July 6th, after the holiday weekend ???

I received a communication after my order was placed that the item I ordered was no longer available and my order had been cancelled. As of the time of this writing the item I ordered (Powerbilt Santa Rosa Stand Bag) is still listed as available for purchase....so that is confusing and disappointing.

That product was out of stock and discontinued by the sole source company that normally had drop shipped the orders from their warehouse. Like most companies, they do not let seller partners know when they are out of stock,.. or stop selling a product.

Listing shafts on EBay that aren’t in stock = horrible seller
Response from Tour Shop FresnoSep 22, 2023
As many sellers do, we sell products that are drop shipped by distributors, who sometimes have problems due to covid,... like many business did back then !!

Apparently, you tried to contact us while we were shutdown for vacation, before season gets into full swing. We will work with you to exchange what you ordered, for what you actually want. What order did you need an exchange for?? Play well, Tour Shop Fresno

Hi Scot,.. according to USPS tracking, they have attempted to deliver the package to you, but they have "No Access to Delivery Location". Do you have a locked gate or some other restriction, or deterrent(like a dog), that keeps them from delivering the package to you. Normally they leave an orange notice of attempted delivery. If not, then please call your local post office and ask them why they are not delivering the package to you.
