customer service was exceptional and I will mention BUTCH,he answered all questions i had,he stayed with me on the phone till transaction was complete,this was a internet order,Butch helped me navigate the webpage this being my first order at Fresno Tour Store,Order had to be right, he said he would build the shaft the next day and he did i recieved item in 3 days the quick turn around and the care the way the shaft was shipped says alot, i ordered shafts from competitors that didnt care, Fresno Tour Store is my new go to for golf needs H.Laidley

The golf shaft was as advertised. Shipping was arrived early. When I need something else I will definitely check with Tour Shop Fresno.
