I ordered some KBS max shafts and when they got delivered they weren’t the MAX, instead I got true temper like huh

Advertised for putter grip and sent the iron grip!

No product received. Order was charged and a few days later a shipping label was created. Within 13 minutes the shipping label was canceled by the sender. No correspondence until now when I was emailed a survey. I personally think they took an order on an item they didn’t have but now they have my money. Never again. Already received another shaft from a company out of Dallas. Still waiting on Fresno shipment.

Well this order was placed on April 16, 2021. I emailed inquiring if the product was in stock on April 20th as no shipping info had been provided. The response was it would be shipped that day and a tracking number would be sent . That did not happen even the following day. I emailed again asking for an update and was told that it would be given to shipper the afternoon of the 21st and expedited and would be received by the weekend. Well I got a tracking number but the tracking number shows the package has not been given to UPS as of 5 pm on Thursday. Most customers would refer to this as being given the run around. I tend to refer to it as poor customer service.

The grips I received are counterfeit.

Ordered a single shaft on the 5th March 2021. Paid $45.00 US dollars for shipping now 2 weeks later I’ve still not received the shaft. I know that I live in Canada but have used Amazon many times with no problems with shipping therefore must believe the problem lies with Fresno. If I could cancel I would.

I ordered a shaft over a week ago. I still have not received any shipping information or updates about my order. I have tried calling and emailing customer support and haven’t received any responses.

Tour Shop Fresno cancelled order, did not honor the price on their website.
