Tour Shop FresnoReviews of tourshopfresno.com

Grips was shown in stock when I ordered them. Told on back order not knowing when they will be in. Have been trying to cancel this order for a week and get no response from anyone at this shop. I would not order from here

Ordered 12/28/21, was told product would ship on 1/4/22, but it didn’t. USPS is still waiting on the package. Today is 1/6/22 and I had to reach out to Fresno Golf to find out what’s going on. Beeco Golf responded and said that they don’t have what I ordered to ship to me and that they wouldn’t until March. I give 1 star because if I hadn’t reached out, I’m not sure I ever would’ve received communication about why my golf shafts have not shipped. Unprofessional company that won’t communicate. Now we have to wait and see if I can actually get my refund.

You advertised a Mitsubishi DAYTONA shaft which I ordered but was then told days later was unavailable for distribution in the United States. Order was cancelled. In the future please do not market product you can not get.

Received different flex shaft than what I've ordered. Contacted the shop twice to let them know, but haven’t heard back. Edit on 11/30: Shortly after posting review I was contacted and given return label. They said they somehow missed my email (right...lol). I sent it back the same day and now it's the same thing all over. No response to my email asking for ETA, no replacement shaft. Return was delivered on 11/20. Would give ZERO stars if possible.

I dont get this situation. I ordered 10th AUG BUT still no response.

The adapter that he installed on the shaft was used you can’t read the letters or numbers. Pretty bad when you purchase a $400 shaft. You must be kidding you cant see the adapter settings at address, nice try!!!!!! Letters and numbers were so hard to read had to hold adapter up to my eyes to see them!!! I will never buy from you again and will make sure others also do not use your service!! $500 wasted!!

Eight days have passed since the order was received, but there has been no news. I've never seen such an amazing online seller.

I ordered 3 graphite shafts from this shop over a week ago. I also ordered two shafts from a competitor. Tour Shop Fresno shafts have not arrived. The shafts from a competitor have already arrived and I have begun installation.
