This is obviously a fake review as I personally get in touch with Tour Shop Fresno by the phone number from their website. There is also a contact page and a live chat feature so you must not have tried very hard to reach anyone!

Hi Ford, The olive color cap is not green, it is a brown olive color.

When selling on multiple different selling sites(Amazon, Ebay, Sears, Walmart.. etc.) product shortages sometimes happen. But, that was not the real issue in this case. After expediting our restock order we discovered that customer was traveling on vacation. When we found that out we had to cancel the order and refund his money because the order would never have made it through UK customs, and the Import Fees paid, quickly enough to catch his flight onward to his next destination. UPS and Fedex would not even give us a quote to his hotel address; only USPS would 'with no guarantee of delivery by date'. Would have cancelled order immediately after receiving it, with apologies, if we had known he was traveling on a tight schedule. This is certainly one of the most unusual circumstances we have had to deal with. Probably not the best idea to order from another Country while traveling on a tight schedule. We do apologize though for not being able to meet your expectations. We strive to provide excellent products and customer service to all of our customers.
