I would not book a tour through this company again. Our party arrived at the designated place and time for pick-up, and the tour bus was not there. A friendly desk clerk contacted the tour company and we were informed the pickup location was changed, and the time was moved up 1 hour, so we would have missed the pickup anyway. This occurred at the end of October. This is the end of December and I am still trying to get a refund. The rep at TourSales seems very nice, but has not been able to get my refund from whatever company they sub-contracted this tour to.

Horrible! Their site allowed us to book a tour that had been booked up for a month! We weren’t told until the day of that we wouldn’t be able to go so we didn’t have a chance to find other options. They held my money though & they still haven’t released the funds back to me.

We headed to Buenos Aires and were afraid to travel and not enjoy much since my wife and I are not very adventurous. While looking for tours online we found toursales and we bought 2 tours (city tour and the tango show with dinner). Both tours were great and we loved it. So glad we found an american company that had tours and experts in Argentina. We do recommend these guys.

I booked with toursale about a month ago and was a little eskeptical at firts but it turned out to be exelent. We booked the city tour in DC and out Family really enjoyed the highlights and the stories the guides told us. Will surely book again!
