Awful customer service! I booked my tickets for one day yet the tickets came through for a different date. I contacted them within 15 minutes of email confirmation and they refused to help us at all. We are military family and they would not update the dates at all!!! Poor customer service!!! Should not be allowed to operate! Do NOT use!

I was going to visit with my son Georgia Aquarium for his birthday. I was in a hurry , typed Georgian Aquarium in a search and I thought I’ve got official Website , but turned out to be this terrible website presenting like official website as pop up first in a search Anyway the night before going to Aquarium I’ve got cold and called the office of Aquarium and then I realized I’ve purchased from them . I’ve contacted their office but they refused to refund or make credit for future purchase . Very disappointed. I make sure I block them

This is a complete ripoff. This company wouldn't let me cancel my tickets within minutes of making the purchase. My family decided not to go to the aquarium after I purchased the tickets due to a family emergency. It wasn't even 5 minutes after that I tried to cancel and was denied. WHATEVER YOU DO, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The tickets were higher than just going to the aquarium, but I was willing to pay that price. I got a call about a family member getting sick and eventually dying yesterday. I canceled the tickets to go to the hospital not even 5 minutes after I purchased it. Now I have to pay for tickets I didn't even use. This company is complete trash and I will NEVER use them again. I couldn't be more disgusted!

D We pay for a glacier trip in Alberta but the place was close due to smoke conditions and they say on place that we will get refund but they did not! Thank you for apologizing, but I need to be reimbursed for a not service !! the amount was significant for me 745.46 Canadian Dollars! I do have and did send to you the original receipt showing the amount

I booked tickets on their website for the Epic Museum in Dublin, believing i was on the official website. Within 10 minutes of booking i got a call about a hospital appointment one of my children has been waiting months for - which was scheduled for the same day as my booking. I immediately tried to cancel my booking via the website, which kept crashing. I was eventually able to submit a cancellation request approximately half an hour later. However, the company emailed me back refusing to cancel my booking under any circumstances. They claim it is clear in their terms and conditions. However, i wasn't required to read them before submitting my payment, as is usual practice on other websites. As well as that, there is a tile on the main page which says "Flexible cancellation" which is obviously meant to mislead consumers into thinking that option is available to them. These are obviously unusual circumstances and any company with a shred of decency would allow the cancellation. Avoid this website and company at all costs!!!

COMPLETE SCAM - theatre tickets - email was sent to download tickets but the buttons didn't lead to tickets. They are still operating under West End London Tickets (at Tourism Tickets) and they also have a Tourism Tickets travel site separately. BEWARE!

SCAM!!!! Purchased tickets that were never sent to me. Had to purchase tickets to the museum in person and requested a refund and they denied the claim although the tickets were never used.
