TourHeroReviews of tourhero.com

TourHero is absolutely amazing! I recently helped coordinate The Black Ivy Vacay, a networking trip to Akumal, Mexico. TourHero helped make our trip even more amazing. They connected us with a local photographer, videographer, and DJ and helped us attend a private boat cruise and go to an amusement park. While the excursions that TourHero got us were amazing, what really impressed me is that everything and everybody that we came in contact with provided TOP NOTCH quality of service which is a testament to TourHero’s quality. I would 10/10 recommend working with TourHero. The quality was insane, there was no hassle, and the people not only were easy to work with, but wanted to ensure that my trip was a success!

used TourHero for the first time this year; saw a random ad on facebook and figured with the chaos and confusion of COVID, I'd rather work with a company than try to do everything on my own. They helped me put together a great itinerary for a girls' trip to Costa Rica - solid combo of activiteis and time on the beach. The local operators took care of all the bookings, lodging and even transportation. Really were able to just show up. But didn't feel cheesy or basic or like we didn't have control of our days. We basically got to build our own group tour but didn't have to be with 100 other people. it was awesome.

Loved curating my trip with TourHero - they make it very easy, the team is friendly and the operators on the ground are awesome. I ahve been an event planner and appreciate their attention to details and them taking on the nitty gritty of planning so I didn't have to do it all. Plus with them being a start up, the prices are really affordable. Happy to be an early customer with them.

I cannot say enough about how great TourHero is. Planning trips has always been the most stressful part of traveling because even the best-planned trips can fall victim to unforeseen circumstances. My recent trip to Morocco, however, was stress-free all because of the help I received from Kerry and the rest of the amazing team over at TourHero. Not only did they help me put together an unforgettable action-packed itinerary, but they also were able to notify me of changes or cancellations so far in advance that nothing felt last minute. As the hero, the entire trip being free was the icing on the cake. I will be using them again and recommend you to do so as well!

TourHero made our Iceland trip awesome, just do it, you won't regret it 💯

I was a little hesitant when TourHero reached out to me on Instagram but I decided to take a chance on them based on the credibility of the founders. I planned a trip with my boyfriend and some friends to Iceland - and wow, Iceland is truly one of the most stunning places we've ever been to! TourHero was super helpful in the entire planning process - we wanted a lot of flexibility and autonomy in our itineraries, and despite this being a group trip, they really delivered - they secured us a 4 wheel drive for the volcanic terrains of Iceland and planned out an entire self-drive route for us along the south coast. Special shoutout to Kerry and David, who were so helpful throughout. Thank you!!

i planned a trip with tourhero to switzerland and austria for dec 2021 but unfortunately due to the lockdown, we are unable to go. however tourhero was superb in all regards, from communication (in fact they reached out to me BEFORE i’d even found out austria was in lockdown), and immediately offered me a full refund of my trip. they’ve demonstrated the most flexible and generous cancellation / refund policy ive ever seen in a travel company (ive heard plenty of horror stories, especially with covid cancellations). i was so impressed that i told tourhero to just postpone my trip to the next ski seaosn - these guys have my full trust.
