I dealt with Tim Johnson and he was so very helpful. I can’t thank him enough for the kindness he showed when some one else from the company called and was very rude and made me cry. He helped me cancel my flights. From start to finish he was so nice and empathetic to the situation. He took a lot of time to make sure everything went smoothly and reassured me that he would do whatever he could to help.
