This review is concerning Rachel Brown she was more than helpful and courteous in arranging and confirming my families reservations, a very impressive representative.

Ms. Rachel Brown provided outstanding service.

Brad did an excellent job of walking me through and booking my reservation he helped me with technology big time because I am very weak in that area he was also very patient with me and helping me understand how to negotiate the site and the email he was a wonderful asset to me and I really appreciate his help I would use your company in the future thank you

Brad understood I was in a car accident on my way to the airport and wasn’t able to arrive 2 hours before my flight to check my bags so he confirmed a new flight for the next day.
