Touchland is the best! I love their products bc they keep my hands hydrated and soft while also being clean! Also, they're customer service is great! If you're a reasonable customer and don't have any wildly unreasonable expectations, they will absolutely be able to help you!

Loving this hand sanitizer! The packaging looks great and the feeling after applying the mist cannot compare to the usual stickiness and strong alcoholic smell of the other hand sanitizers!

I bought three of their Power Mist sanitizers. I am really impressed by the quality! Not only they are beautifully made but the actual sanitizer leaves my hands feeling as good as if I had just applied a moisturizer. Definitely getting more.

Package was in transit for over 25 days and was marked delivered but I didn't receive it. When I reached out to customer service, they accused me of entering the wrong address, etc. and demanded that I spend my time with USPS, who also did not solve my issue. Their sanitizers were overpriced and highly scented before their "rebrand" and I was looking forward to trying out the new scents. But I will not be doing that now—Over $100 for 10 sanitizers with NON-INSURED shipping is ridiculous. Will never purchase again.

LOVE IT! I just love my mint power mist. I love the fresh scent and the fact that it doesn't dry my hands. Will definitely buy again, I'm dying to try other scents.

Haven't used the product but... Their customer service was really accommodating! My heart sank when I realized I couldn't cancel my newly placed order and I had to email them. That is a sure death sentence for companies like ThredUp who do this on purpose so you are required to buy the item. However I received an email back very quickly, politely confirming they cancelled my order successfully! That is a great sign from any honest company. I will return if there is a sale!

Never again!! Horrible customer service. I placed two orders they sent one to the wrong address then wanted me to pay to have it reshipped so I refused and they refunded me minus a restocking fee for their screwup.

Hi! We're sorry this happened to you. Unfortunately, if the address is inputted incorrectly during check out there is nothing we can do. The address inputted during check out is automatically transferred to our logistics partner. The customer is responsible to ensure that the address input during checkout is correct. Just to clarify, even if you have an account with us from previous orders, the address that we use is the one that was inputted during check out. We make sure to inform everyone about our policies via our website and try our best to be transparent. Regarding the restocking fee, due to being a health product, all returns are subjected to a 15% safety restocking fee. We are sorry this has been your experience with us. We hope to provide you with a better experience in the near future!

Prepaid ordered direct from Touchland March 31 and received product today May 12. Is it worth that? No. Fortunately for me I had ordered through Aerie & BBW for hand sanitizer as well. Maybe if they just sold the product as they had it available. Site still says 4 to 6 weeks .. after 6 weeks I emailed company and it was shipped same day, how does that work? Product wise ... not as drying as most and convenient.
