1. Answer my phone calls. 2. Answer my emails requesting a phone call. I've been a long time customer. Even bought a new laptop from TotalTech360. They were always very helpful, until I tried contacting them many times over the past four weeks. Can't even get customer service to answer the phone. Considering looking for another tech support company.

total tech care used to work on my computer. starting three weeks ago total was unsuccessful on adding cannon t4720 to my computer. after numerous emails and phone calls for total tech has not answered communicated with me on above problem. i down to a point i the want my membership 175.00 refunded.i have tried over 30 times to communicate with total as of 9-2-22. does anyone have suggestions how to communicate with total. as of 9-17-22. there has been no response from total. once total receives your money no refunds are given. total canceled my account, they can me for last request i want to actually close my account

Allen, our email and phone numbers are clearly stated on our website and all emails you receive regularly from us. It is quite easy to communicate with us as you have done since 2017. We even did a task for you 10 days ago on August 22nd. Please email us your concerns at [email protected]
