I had a levy placed against my checking account by the IRS. All of my disposable income was gone without notification from anyone. I found out after calling in for my balance that I went from several $1000 in my account to -$279 in the hole. After a google search, I decided to call Total Tax based on the reviews I read. All of those 5 Star Reviews are not bogus. I called Total Tax - a representative did a live chat immediately, asked me a few questions - within a few minutes Scott called me - 8:00 PM my time. After speaking with Scott, I had an email within minutes telling me the next steps I needed to take. I followed their instructions, and just as Scott said, the levy was lifted less than 48 hours. Scott said 24-48 hours - I did not get Scott the needed documents until noon the next day and by 1:00 the following day(24 hours) Scott had the Levy lifted. Scott kept me informed - he told me the first day that he would call with an update before he left the office - which he did. Total Tax / Scott, did what they said they would do. I now have the money in my checking account back / my disposable income back in two days. I am going to let them do my taxes for 2017, I am looking forward to the result - all of the stress has been relieved. Thank you Scott. Thank you Total Tax.

I was referred to Tamar at Total Tax. She is amazing! She not only took care of my 2017 returns quickly and efficiantly, but ammended my 2016 taxes, and got me a refund! I refer everyone I know to her. Two of my co-workers have already met with her, and she is taking great care of them! I will continue to refer people to her!

This company is sharp , on point and fast. My main contact was Mrs. Becky. She knows her stuff. Very pleasant and kind. Easy to talk to and work with. Her entire staff was wonderful. She made me feel important and top priority. Never once rejected any of my calls. She did not have any issue answering my questions. The customer service was top notch. That’s rare these days. This tax group is a force to be reckoned with. I would like to personally thank you ! She didn’t judge me not once and listened to my entire store. The price is more than fare for the service i received. It’s worth at least a first conversation because I learned so much on the first conversation. Wealth of knowledge in this company. My husband (and I) got hit by a tax levy and didn't even know where to start and how to get this resolved. However, one inquiry to Total Tax and they offered solutions, with great explanations. My husband and I discussed our options and clearly decided we needed their help, we could not do this on our own. So the contract was signed and they went to work. They got the Levy stopped (yay) and are working diligently with us to clear up all of our tax matters. Becky and Lorraine have been awesome! First of all they made me feel like part of the team to get this resolved, and not like an idiot that got themselves into this situation. Second, I have never worked with a company of any sort that has the quick response time that they do, to every single thing I ask. Rather it's by phone or e mail, they reply immediately. Which of course, is so appreciated! I would highly recommend working with Total Tax, Inc, if you should ever find yourself in need of Tax help! I am very happy I found them!

I would like to say even though i ended up not being able to go through with their service, my agent was very helpful in giving me advice in where to go from here. she took the time to explain why she made the decision and after hanging up we realized she was right. We'll do what we need to get it done but i appreciated her honesty and time.
