Very experienced, professional CPA. Wouldn't trust anyone else!

I've used Total Tax as my tax preparer and tax consultant for 12 years. They are extremely knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything in common sense, everyday language that I can understand. No matter what question or concern I may have, they always take the time to walk through all the details until I'm satisfied. I've been so happy with Total Tax's service that I never considered using anyone else.

I have been with Total tax for 10 years. I love how they go the extra mile. Tamara and her team are always so nice, They remember things you have talked about in the past and they are up to date on the changes and how to help save you on your taxes. I live 100 miles away from them, I email and send and call all my stuff in. I went to another tax place once ...in the town I live in. My family has used Total Tax Return for about 5 years now and have always experienced fast friendly service from everyone in the office. One year we had a family emergency and with a quick email an extension was filed for me with no questions or hesitation, when we returned in May we met with the staff and they took care of us and met our needs 100%.

Total Tax has prepared my taxes for over 10 years. We have investments in multiple states, so .....the task would be far too daunting for me. I have relied on them for accuracy and full knowledge of tax laws.

Until a few years ago, we filed our own taxes using Turbo Tax. A friend mentioned they didn't have much stress at tax time because they had Total Tax prepare their taxes. We gave it a try and have been with Total Tax ever since. I can't imagine going back to our old ways. The personal and efficient way we are treated by Total Tax assures that we will be with them for a long time. All we need to do now is get our documentation together on a thumb drive and bring it in. Total Tax does the rest. I've always been able to get responses to any questions even outside of tax season. Total Tax provides great service and we appreciate it.

I would Recommend Total Tax to anyone! Tamar is very responsive as is the whole team! We are Late Submitters and they always fit us in and make sure they have what they need even if it means additional phone calls and emails. They send out the previous years information to help you fill out everything. Very professional!

The thing I appreciate about Tamar the most is that she will take and answer phone calls and emails even when it is pesky relatives whose accountants have a differing idea about things. She is thorough, reliable, knowledgable and I highly recommend her.
