Total tax has been fast, friendly, polite, and professional in dealing with our unscrupulous problem with the IRS. So far so good, they got the wage levy released and now are moving forward to file our taxes we are behind with and an oic for our outstanding debt. I was so scared and nervous when I received notification that the IRS had put a levy on my wages. I had spent years being afraid to do anything about my situation. I decided to call Total Tax after reading other reviews and checking the BBB for complaints and could not find anything bad about them. Within a couple of minutes of speaking on the phone, I already started to feel better about my situation. Within a few hours of that call, they had gotten the levy stopped and we was on our way to getting all of this horrible situation, that I had gotten myself into, resolved. Everyone I have dealt with so far have been so nice and professional and have explained everything very well. I'm so glad I made the call

I couldn't believe how fast they moved to get my levy lifted. I couldn't sleep I was up all night trying to fix my tax issues. I called the other company but was not sold on them trying to help. Boy am I glad I found Total Tax Inc! They worked on my case from the minute I gave them my consent, six hours later I received an email stating my levy was lifted. They are very professional and a pleasure to work with. And far less then the other company. They sure put my mind at ease. I definitely would recommend Total Tax to anyone having any tax issues.
