I work in Cyber Security and am well versed in these scams. I think you do a good job alerting folks to the latest tactics and techniques used to defraud consumers. I think you should take it a step further though. I understand that many of your users are not tech savvy. But simple things like how to look at the header info in a message to see if it passed certain security protocols is a good way to detect phishing emails. Maybe have a tech note that goes out once a month or quarter would be helpful. By the way, I seem to get the same alert twice during a 3 day period.
