The purchase process was speedy and professionally done. However, the shipping process was a nightmare. T-force transport took almost too weeks for partial delivery. The item was idle in Dallas TX for too long awaiting transport. Then it was sent to Wichita falls were I end up going to pick it up because is was going to be several days for them to bring the item to Cache, OK. Not a good shipping experience!

Total Home customer service great, helped me with issues with GE. The delivery service was profession. They called a day before delivery to give me an approx time and on the day of delivery telling me when they would be arriving. The took care to set it when I wanted my heater/ac placed and the box was in great condition
