I've had several issues now. To many to describe. However the most important thing is that my service contract ends next wk. Next wk I will be leaving total by Verizon. Do not get there services. It's not worth all the headaches and hassles..

Total Verizon SUCKS we pay for 2 lines they take the money for 3 months. Nothing has changed at all. But now they shut one phone off and wants another 50 bucks to turn it back on. They said it has a different due date now but they don't know why. WTF are you shitting me. Even though they took all the money out of our account for both lines and they still did this shit.

The only reason im leaving a star is because i had to. My calls have not worked in a month they said my sim was bad so they switched me to an e sim then they wanted me to put the bad sim that i threw out back in. Then they said i had to buy a new sim that they said was bad to begin with. Still not working and i have now paid another month. I should have switched companies

Tried to get an add on. Gave the person all the information and they then disconnected me. Another person is reconnected, give them the same story and they just ignore me for 15 minutes until I finally said forget it.

Do not use this company. I placed an order from this company for a phone an card over 200. I never received it. They did not even ship it. Accordingto them. . Ive had 4 hours worth of calls, emailed , text, prob. 30 chats. Not one person will help me or return my money. Pretty sorry!

Zero stars!!!! Absolutely the worst phone service ever! They blacklisted my iphone when troubleshooting, they charge you for services like unlimited data when in fact you have none, theres no american customer service reps and theyre all unreliable support anyway telling you to hang up, reboot your phone, and they will promptly call you back which almost never happens. This is the straw that broke the camels back here but I have to completely change my phone number to fix the data issue which they claim is due to my zip code not matching the zip code im in. In order to have data now they say i have to change my zip code ,( which by the way is the same however they have another county 30 minutes away where ive never lived) i have to change my zipcode which means getting a new number too. Such a crappy company. They rob people and cause an unbelievable amount of problems for people paying for service that they don't get. No morals...no integrity...no value. This is the absolute worst company. If you want dependable, consistent, and reliable service, do not go with Total Verizon. They will disappoint you unfortunately

This company is a waste of time and a waste of money don't even switch to them I'm going back to Metro by T-Mobile this company really sucks they charge you extra money it's not worth it will never be a customer here ever again

I’m so unhappy I get lied too from the start then the mean lady lied the throw the hole process and the bill was supposed to be 80. And now it’s more I’m not happy I’m thinking about getting my money back and going else where
