Service was so bad I don’t even know what to say, purchased a really nice box to ship in to fix a hard drive over heating problem for a brand new laptop. Got back a laptop wrapped in a plastic bag in a giant box. The sheet that came back with it showed they “replaced” lots of components. The problem was not fixed and now the laptop won’t even turn on sometimes, I just gave since maybe next time it will only come back with the screen😂. So I guess I have a really nice brand new laptop to look at. Thanks Toshiba?

I have a toshiba satellite laptop that is the worst electronic product i have ever owned. I never seen a computer do so many updates and take hours and yes hours to update. If the computer was not new i would throw it in the trash compactor!

Beware of Toshiba tech support. On Friday April 4 my Toshiba laptop would not connect to my network although three other non-Toshiba devices connected as they always had. A call to Toshiba technical support resulted in a $199.99 charge and around an hour of fiddling with both my laptop and modem by two technicians, including a senior technician. When they were done none of my devices would connect to the network and I had been provided with an incorrect diagnosis: that the wifi radio was turned off. Fortunately, a technician at my ISP was able to undo the damage and fix the original problem in about five minutes. It is too bad that I paid for annual support since I will throw the laptop in the trash before I let Toshiba technicians near it again.

Don't buy Toshiba laptop. They are probably the worst. A 2000% last only a year. Is that normal that they can't even repair it? Just useless laptop

I called Toshiba customer support today to get help attaching an external hard drive to my laptop (both Toshiba) through an SATA usb bridge. They knew absolutely nothing. The support page had the latest update to usb drivers but the link was broken. They sent me to computers and then to hard drives and no one knew a thing. They were rude and also asked for $20 bucks for wasting 20 minutes of my time ......are you kidding? And yes Toshiba is outsourcing...... But I don't hold that against a support person ....but Toshiba is outsourcing to people who don't know anything and can't answer any questions. I will NEVER buy from them again.

I just called today with an issue and was going to pay the $20 fee but they out source through India and I had to repeat myself 3 times and my laptop started to die on me. The problem is with my charging port I believe. Then, when I told her she is not understanding my problem she said now I understand.????????? I told her if she can send me to customer care in the U.S. and she said there is none. ????? So, I said you know what never mind my laptop is dying and I wasted 20 minutes just repeating what I said. She tried then get my serial number to charge me and I said no thank you and hung up. Worst customer service support I have ever experienced. I will never buy another Toshiba again in my lifetime.

The most tarrible computer i have ever bought.. Harddisc was broken. My fan broke after 6 month. My wifi broke after 1 year. The computer cost me 2.000 USD plus lots of stuff broke after i got windows 10. Thank you Toshiba.

I purchased a tablet from them and I won't even get into why the quality of the product was horrible. Nevertheless, the screen was acting up so I couldn't do anything on it. I called them up the third week it acted up. Might I also note that the product was literally two weeks old when it was starting to have problems and I couldn't return it to the store due to a 14-day return policy. I did the warranty claim, whatever. Charged me money to ship the product back to them. They had my broken tablet for two months, nearly the entire summer. Never told me why until I called them up and they told me the repair parts for my tablet was "backordered". After almost three months, they sent me a brand new replacement. I sold it online and never wanted to deal with this company again. For those three months that this tablet was at the "warehouse to fix", I purchased myself an iPad and didn't have a problem since.
