Leeching is a downside of TorrentSafe. When you take something, you should also give back; a one-to-one ratio is expected.

We agree! Seeding at 3:1 while the file is active.

Perhaps you were thinking of a different service? Our free and paid version uses the exact same backend.

Our customer service response rate is under 24 business hours, we would be happy to help troubleshoot with you. But we always recommend to try the free version first so users can learn how to use this service before they purchase the unlimited version.

I have been unable to access the website for some days now. Cloudflare says it is on there end, and other times I am taken to a page that asks the owner of the site to contact the webmaster. This is not the first time this has happened.
