One of the best services for downloading torrent files safely!
Though I have used other cloud torrent clients, let me tell you why TorrentSafe stands out. The basic tier is best among the competitors, and you can tell the quality of the premium service on the basis of what they're offering for free. TorrentSafe offers 3 files per month with the maximum size of 10 GB in the basic tier, which is FREE, which none of the competitors provide. Most of the competitors don't even have a FREE tier, so there's always a fear you might be looted. Not with TorrentSafe though, as they are transparent about their pricing and offering, and I never had any trouble with their free tier. Anyhow you ever run in some trouble with your torrent, which honestly I've never run, you can go through FAQs or contact the support.
