My part came cracked/ broken unusable
My part came cracked/ broken unusable. I reached out Thursday 9/24 sent pics and didn't hear back until Monday. They asked for pics and part number. I sent again haven't heard anything all week until this review. I haven't been able to use my truck for a week now. Waiting for a new ccv filter. Someone please get it right.

The rear frame filter was broke and…
The rear frame filter was broke and their front filter was the wrong size that caused me all kinds of grief I ended up having to hold them truck into the dealership to get it fixed

Do not purchase from here…it’s a scam
Do not purchase from here…it’s a scam. I never got my product and the tracking number was invalid. USPS showed they either didn’t mail it or used a counterfeit label.

I ordered a filter kit on April 19
I ordered a filter kit on April 19, it is may 1st and I still have not received my package. I sent emails with no response so I got on their chat bot and then they got me a better tracking number. Still no package. The price looked good but if I can’t get the product that don’t mean much.

My order number is 198632503. I did my purchase on Friday, March 13, 2026 @ 8:56 p.m. Parts arrived from UPS on Friday, March 20, 2026 @ 8:52 p.m. On the next day (Saturday) after taking apart my old parts with diesel fuel all over my head and face it came to the conclusion that the new part I order was completely defected broken/damage from date of manufacture. I check both boxes are in good shape from UPS shipping. I was frustrated and unable to install it into my truck end up installing my old part back into the truck. On Monday and Tuesday, March 23&24, 2026 I have been trying to contact the seller to return product and get a full refund but nothing seens to work. Their returning website do not work. I then called their customer service number 1-786-887-0571 many times but not successfull either. It is frustrating not sure if I will ever get my money back. I feel cheated as a customer. Hopefully Paypal can help by getting my money of $54.99's back into my Credit Costco Citi Visa Card.

Defective filter broken insert
After removing my old filter and getting ready to install the NEW one from Torque treasure. Found filter to be defective with the inner ring detached and floating inside the filter. Had to the dealer and get a functional non-broken filter.
