I had to move a grandfather clock from New Jersey to California. I was concerned because it was in the family for a long time and I didn’t want anything happening to it. From the moment I contacted Omar Leigh from Torodo shipping, he was helpful. He helped me identify features of the clock, gave me a competitive price and had great patience answering my many questions in a timely manner. He stayed in communication with me throughout the delivery travel time and set it up where I wanted it, having the knowledge and expertise of its workings. He and his partner were professional and hard working. They even fixed the strings that a previous shipping company assembled poorly. It’s rare today to find exceptional customer and quality service. I would highly recommend Torodo and use them again in a heartbeat.
