Bought sunglasses in december en paid 28 euro's than another 20 euro's for tax, I thought it was expensive but it was a gift so you know, 20euro's tax was much but i thought that was normal because it came from the USA. After 3 weeks I still didn't get tracking info, but it was around the holidays so i gave them some more time, after 3 more weeks I still didn't get anything. I tried reaching out 4 times but I hot nothing. Then after a nother 3weeks i got a letter in the mail that it was stuck at costums and I had to pay 30 euro's because it came from CHINA!!! Then i don't get why i had to pay taxes if it wasn't even from the USA! Never again!

Ordered on the 11th of December only recieved a day ago. Communication was awful from support and no confirmation email had one reply from the staff asking my order number when it was in the subject line and then radio silence from them. Found it also to be false advertising as website says that the glasses are coming from USA but when package arrived it’s clear they are just sent straight from china all and all worst experience I’ve had with a company
