Yup, total scam. Ordered three pairs of sunglasses. Received two pairs but they weren't what I ordered. Never received the third pair. Multiple attempts to contact them haven't resulted in any response. I reported it as fraud to my credit card company. I was credited the funds back but then re-charged as they said Torege claimed that it was a legit purchase. SO they will take the time to reply to fraud charges but not their customers. DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Company does not ship items paid for. Contact email is not valid. I believe they are a scam. I am going to have to file a claim with my credit card company to hopefully get my money back.

14 days after I placed an order for two pairs of glasses, I still haven't received anything. They haven't even shipped them, and they don't answer emails. Beware of this store.

placed order Apr 25, 2025 sent email May 12, 2025 to the support@ asking for update, no response sent email May 18, 2025 to support@ asking for update, no response sent email from torege website, not sure of actual date, no response sent email May 26, 2025 to support@ asking for refund if product not available, no response received product 1st week of June 2025, no notice that it had been delivered to community mailbox. received email notice that shipment is on the way Jun 16, 2025, checked the " track package" option, last entry was May 7, 2025. Torege either doesn't have customer service and needs to establish one or it needs a thorough review. the good news is I'm enjoying the product so far.

I ordered 2 pairs of sunglasses. First they took a much longer to receive than what I was told when i placed the order. Once i finally received them i tried them on and they weren’t what I expected so I put in a return request. After a week of not hearing anything I sent a message to the support center. After not hearing anything for a week from them I sent another message looking for an update and again haven’t heard anything. I’m just at the point of realizing I’m probably not going to hear back. So just buyer beware.

I ordered two pairs of Torege sunglasses. I only received one. I submitted customer contact form via their website several times and no one has contacted me. There is no customer service phone number. Disappointed that I did not receive what I ordered.
