The process is very straightforward and works very well. My only minor issue is that I ended up having to top up more than the minimum (only by a small amount) as I operate and pay in Australian dollars... I purchased 20 Euros, but by the time it went through the exchange rate must have changed and I had only topped up something like 19.60 Euros... and then I had to purchase (I think) a minimum amount of 5 Euros to get over the 20 Euro threshold which is required for the top-up process to proceed.

Indeed the online top up is not a currency exchange service, but a transfer of goods, which means it is governed by other conventions and international partnerships than the money exchange services.
