BIG SCAM!!!! "The money has already been deducted, but the credit (mobile recharge) hasn't been added. Then the account logged out by itself. When trying to log in again, it keeps saying the email and password are incorrect — even though I'm 1000% sure they're correct. THIS IS OBVIOUSLY A SCAM!!"

Hello, We opened an investigation with Claro Honduras and they have confirmed that order 2055297, placed on 05/21/2025 17:27:43 ET has been successfully processed and the credit has been added to the phone number you chose. They also provided the reference number 7530580478 as proof that the full & correct amount was added to the beneficiary's account. The beneficiary in Honduras can confirm the top-up & balance directly with Claro Paquetes by contacting them locally and quoting the date & time of the transaction and number recharged. I never received the promised top-up and when I contacted the company they replied that they couldn't find any record of my account. How surprising. There are genuine reliable companies out there so do your research before paying out.

I was wondering how come this site has higher reviews. I received reply that if I don’t give my account details they will delete my review. Seriously so much plan into stealing peoples money. Very poor website. Wasn’t notified that a one off top up was actually something that I’d subscribed to each month! Once cancelled, the email stating subscription had been cancelled, never arrived despite checking spam and junk. Then tried to cancel my account which also proved challenging.
