Hello! We checked your account and we can confirm that the orders you have placed with us have been sent exactly as stated on the account. For full transparency, you are always informed of the full cost of the recharge on the checkout page before proceeding with payment. Our Mobile Recharge service is not a currency exchange service, it is a transfer of goods. This means it abides by other conventions and partnerships. The processing fee we have on our website is established according to agreements we have with providers in different parts of the world and they reflect multiple international payments. Also, the bonuses are added according to certain terms and conditions that apply during established promotions. If you recharge using our services and no promotional bonus is mentioned, it means that no bonus will be applied. For any questions, our Support team is available 24/7. Your TopUp team

I've been using Top Up a lot and still no coupon codes and discount codes to be seen anywhere. At least have a rewards system put into place. I'm quite sure that you'll get more customers that way. Top Up "X" number of times, get "Y%" discount on the next purchase.

Hi John, You should get our regular offers if you have the Special offers set up ON (in your account). If you didn't get any, please check your Spam folder. Unfortunately, even if our emails are spam-free, Google and yahoo sets them there. It's not only us, this happens to many clean services. Let us know if you could find the emails there: https://topup.com/contact

Dear Merite, Thank you for taking the time to send us your feedback. TopUp.com is a service, so a processing fee is applied, being clearly stated on the invoice. The best part is that our processing fee is among the lowest on the market. Thanks, again, for choosing TopUp.com! Keep in touch! TopUp.com Team

Does not always work,. When a transaction does not successfully go through, it is very difficult to get any response from the company via email, and can never find a phone number to call, from the USA. Cannot provide order number for reference, because the order status is deleted from my account. This happened twice today. update: Hi; sorry, I never received any emails (I checked spam folder), and there were no operators available for chat, and there is no phone number posted on your website contact page, that I can find. Hence; the frustration.

Dear Mark, Thank you for your feedback. We always welcome comments and suggestions from our customers and we constantly strive to improve the services we offer. Your last orders were canceled due to an issue with the local operator in China. Each time, we notified you by email that the recharge did not go through and that your funds will not be charged. We appreciate your business! Don't forget we provide 24/7 live Customer Support, so contact us anytime night or day or check out our Help Center at: https://www.Topup.com/help_center.
