Good although some improvements can be made like for the account verification can also be made by email for those who are like us with roaming sims (Seafarers Especially). We don't have the means to know if our sims are activated with roaming.

Getting the top up to my sister was good but the fees are crazy expensive. Also some periodic discount codes would be good.

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! The only charge we apply is a minimal transaction fee. Some of the operators to whom you send recharges could also charge a VAT, but unfortunately that is something we cannot control, as we have no control over the rate exchange, that is also imposed by the local operator. First it was saying pending for a while wondering what could happen then it went through

Hello, Thank you for your feedback! Sometimes order appear as pending if the operator is facing technical difficulties or a high number of orders. Glad to know it went well in the end. :) Your TopUp team

Hello, Thank you for your review! However, your rating seems to contradict your comment. 3 stars mean you are having some problems with our service. Did you perhaps mean to give 5 stars? Your TopUp team

To high fee rate for transfer
Response from TopUpApr 24, 2021
Hello, The processing fee represents a small percentage of the value of your top up. It covers all kinds of expenses that make it possible for you to send a recharge from the comfort of your own home. You are not purchasing the credit directly from the local operator, so there are also other companies involved, such as providers and our online platform. They all work together for you to be able to send your top up in a few seconds, so the entire process is reflected in this fee. Your TopUp team

Exchange rate is too high
Response from TopUpNov 5, 2019
Hello, The exchange rate is not the same as in the case of currency exchange, because you are buying a product and you are not acquiring it directly from the original provider, so the cost for it will be higher. That's because the transaction involves several currency exchanges and transfers between different companies and business entities located in different countries. The advantage is that you can get the recharge done fast and easy from your home. Your TopUp team
