Unfortunately, the operator experienced technical issues and that is the reason behind the delay with credit being added to the number you selected. Hi Lenet, We understand that you recharged a phone number whose SIM was lost few hours later or so, and the credit could not be used. We then opened an investigation, and learned that the local operator had already processed the credit sent and added it to the number. If the credit ordered on TopUp had not been processed, we could have canceled the transaction, But once the payment has been processed and the credit sent to the local operator, the policy and world wide procedure does not allow to "unwind" the process for several strong reasons. This is a general procedure when third parties are involved (bank, local operator, payment processing partner, etc). It holds true for most companies, not only us. Thank you for your understanding!

Hi James, Thank you for opening up the topic! We are using security checks for all of our orders. Specific billing information - like PARTS of the statement can be used to determine that the cardholder has authorised the purchase. Hi Cheresa, Our service sends the prepaid credit to the number that our customers choose to recharge, when filling in the online form. We only facilitate the top up, we are not the local operator, and therefore we do not have any access to any details or charges applied to the recharged number on the other end (the destination). That depends on the local operator. Please ask contact the local operator (T-Mobile ) directly to check exactly what happened: +1 800 866 2453. Thank you for your understanding!

If a service purchased on TopUp.com has already been processed on our side and is being handled by the local operator in the country where the credit has been sent, it is impossible for us to withdraw it.
