I made a top up once for a pay as you go phone on gif gaff. Since then, they have taken money from my account and given me top up that I can’t access or use. They don’t talk to you by phone . I tried to call them and as soon as you get to number one they switch the answer phone on. They’ve taken money from me without my permission. Do not use them and if you do keep records or print screens. Not a good service
