Do not buy any of these shoes
Do not buy any of these shoes. They are horrible. They’re Styrofoam and you’re paying $79. I think I paid for Maga shoes and they will not return them. This company is horrible and it is not in the United States.

to get my…
Other than taking forever to get my order, the jersey that I bought was half the quality of the same jersey I bought previously
Response from TopTrendyGearNov 7, 2025
Dear Daniel J Smith, We’re very sorry to hear that the product didn’t meet your expectations, and we completely understand your disappointment. Our store operates on a print-on-demand model, meaning each item is custom-made after an order is placed. This allows us to offer a wide variety of unique designs, but it also means that returns are limited once production has begun. We truly regret if this wasn’t clear during purchase and apologize for any misunderstanding caused. We’ll review your feedback carefully to continue improving our product descriptions and sizing guidance. If you’d like assistance with future orders or product selection, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at [email protected] — our team will be happy to help. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a smoother, more satisfying experience next time. Warm regards, Customer Service Team

Ordered an expensive sign…FAIL
Update: got your reply. Is it possible a Chinese company is pretending to be your company online? Like a imposter? I researched and the information about your company doesn’t really align with the experience I had. Also, the communication I received about the order was not as eloquent as your message below. Original review; Ordered an expensive sign that lights up and after a long wait received a crappy small sign with no lights. Emailed customer service will update with their response but this company is not shipping from the USA, they are using DHL - China. If you want to buy china crap don’t buy from their websites direct that Google has optimized to be ALL OVER every search. Go to Amazon and buy from a reputable company. This is the second and LAST TIME I have ripped off by a Chinese retailer online. They put fake good reviews out there…these people are scammers don’t get tricked like I did.

Dear Julie Higgins, We’re truly sorry for your disappointing experience, Julie. We completely understand how frustrating it was to wait and then receive an item that didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, all of our products are designed in the USA and produced both in the USA and in a few carefully selected facilities in Asia, mainly Hong Kong. Sometimes, due to global logistics arrangements, orders may pass through distribution centers near the Hong Kong–China border, which can cause the tracking to display “China” as the origin. We appreciate your understanding, and please feel free to contact us at [email protected] if you’d like us to review your order or offer further assistance. Warm regards, Customer Service Team

Customer service is terrible
Customer service is terrible. Autofill got my street address correct but the town wrong. When I discovered it, I emailed (cannot call them as no phone number is ever provided). I was told to call USPS to correct. Sure! They said no, they do not change addresses. They return as undeliverable. You guys said, too bad so sad. We just destroy it (it was NOT personalized) when it gets returned and you still have to pay for it.
Response from TopTrendyGearMar 8, 2025

BUYER BEWARE... BARN SIGN RIP OFF
BUYER BEWARE!! THIS IS A CHINESE COMPANY WITH A WICHETA, KANSAS ADDRESS....NO PHONE NO. FOR HELP/COMPLAINTS. HERE ARE THE FACTS: TOP TRENDYS'S WEBSITE FOR BARN SIGNS 'USES' THE WEBSITE OF THE COMPANY I HAVE SATISFACTORILY DONE BUSINESS WITH FOR SEVERAL YEARS (HOME DECOR GARAGE ART). UNKNOWINGLY, I GOT ON THE TOP TRENDY GEAR WEBSITE (THEIR BARN SIGN WEBSITES ARE IDENTICAL) AND I UNKNOWINGLY PURCHASED A BARN SIGN FROM TOP TRENDY GEAR. THE BARN SIGN IS INFERIOR TO MY PREVIOUS PURCHASES (SPOTTY, DARK COLORS) AND TOP TRENDY WILL NOT REFUND. DO NOT BUY FROM TOP TRENDY GEAR... TOP TRENDY GEAR PRODUCTS ARE NOT PRODUCED IN THE U.S.A. AND ARE INFERIOR!

Dear Barbara, We’re truly sorry to hear about your experience, Barbara. We understand your frustration and sincerely regret that the product did not meet your expectations. To clarify, our products are designed in the USA and produced both in the USA and in selected partner facilities in Asia, mainly Hong Kong. Because of global logistics and fulfillment networks, some orders may pass through distribution centers near the Hong Kong–China border, which can make the origin appear as “China” on tracking. We take product quality and customer satisfaction very seriously, and we’ve made improvements since then to ensure a better experience for our customers. Please reach out to us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to review your order and see how we can help. Warm regards, Customer Service Team TopTrendyGear

Email from one of our customers
Email from one of our customers! Top Trendy Gear infringes on other's artwork then produces knock-offs in China! Phil, when you said your site moved to Ebay, I should have been more careful. I thought the Top Trendy Gear was your site (your websites look identical). I purchased the sign from Top Trendy Gear, it came from China and the sign is awful. The brightness of your sign outshines their sign 200%. I am trying to return the Top Trendy Sign and it I am successful, I will be purchasing my third barn sign from you! Just thought I would let you know that Top Trendy Gear infringes on your web design. Barbara

Dear Phil Linxwiler, We’re very sorry to hear about your negative experience and the confusion regarding our brand. We completely understand your frustration and regret that the product didn’t meet your expectations. To clarify, all of our products are originally designed in the USA and produced both locally and in carefully selected facilities in Asia, mainly Hong Kong. Due to global logistics routes, some shipments may pass through hubs near the Hong Kong–China border, which can cause tracking to show “China” as the origin. We take feedback and intellectual property concerns seriously, and we’ve strengthened our quality control and communication to ensure better transparency going forward. Please contact us at [email protected] so we can review your order and assist further. Warm regards, Customer Service Team

SCAMMED, do not waste your time or money on this company!
Ordered December 14, it is now February 10, 2025 and my order has still not arrived! I’ve asked for a refund and they refuse. I’ve emailed several times and always get the run around from customer service. They do not accept returns and refuse to refund for items that haven’t arrived within 2 months of ordering. An absolute SCAM, do not order from this company!
Response from TopTrendyGearMar 8, 2025
Dear Jazmine, Thank you so much for your feedback! We want to let you know that your order has been successfully delivered. The slight delay was because we were waiting for your confirmation on the shirt size to ensure everything was perfect for you. We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. We always aim to provide the fastest service possible and appreciate your understanding. We truly value your business and are always here to assist if you have any further concerns. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to make things right. Best regards, Emma Customer Support Team
