EnumerateReviews of topssoft.com

Fails to process legitimate registration, a bug in its software is stuck on "reset PW". It's closed up tighter than Melania was on her wedding night. The site is allegedly connected to property manager "Pinnacle", which also likes resident's $$, but providing contracted services? Not so much.

This company is terrible, they make late payments on our loans that incurr late fees and as an owner they are unresponsive. I cannot imagine how a service company like these guys can stay in business, they are truly terrible in everything they say they can do.

Dishonest and Shady Enumerate is one of the worst property management companies/software I have dealt with. After owning/renting multiple houses with HOAs, this is the first time I have ever had issues with making payments. After being told the exact amount I had to pay from the HOA manager, for some reason, Enumerate has still managed to find a fee that still needs to be paid outside of what the HOA manager himself says I owe. Additionally, once you owe a fee, they wait until after you haven't paid for 10 days before they send you the letter saying they will take legal action against you for not paying if it is not paid within 10 days. Incredible shady and predatory. Stay as far away as possible and avoid any associations who use it.

They misrepresent that functionality works when it doesn't. They will tell you anything to sell you. Our business was cut in half when we transitioned. Nothing but a total nightmare. Resident statements don't work. If you can get them to work, they are cluttered with accounting lines that are not necessary and confuse your residents.(more calls) Totals on different reports don't match up. System is loaded with navigation bugs. Work is often lost b/c screen has a bug and reloads or generates and error. Support takes at least a week, if you get a response. Don't expect resolution, that's rare. This company does not care about their customer experience. They only care about sales and subscribers.

These thieves charge $2 to process each HOA payment. Unreal! None of the payment processors for my other properties charge this ridiculous junk fee. They charged this fee TWICE on the same day for payments of two items on my monthly statement.

good services and wish you guys good luck.

We converted to TopsOne and signed up for the advanced Portal. Now that we're through that process its been very very difficult to get follow up responses to our questions and support for open issues. We signed up for the advanced portal and identified many issues which is preventing us from rolling it out to our clients. We've had conversations with Tops and ComWeb however progress is very slow and we still cant roll this out to our clients because its not working properly. We've sent many follow up emails with no response. I'm very disappointed and starting to look at alternatives in fear that this is the beginning of something we're not aware of. I welcome someone to contact me with solutions and actions not just talk.

We have a really good relationship with our training rep, but when we ask questions beyond her expertise, we wait longer than expected for a reply. When tech does reach out they are very helpful. The software itself is not our favorite. We upgraded from their 20 year old version and so we thought we'd transition task free and that simply isn't the case. Some of our data didn't transfer, some transferred incorrectly, some of the applications require more key strokes than the older version. The one thing that has been helpful is searching for info on the system, but the reality is, we don't have to utilize that function often. All in all, I think we'd have been better off starting fresh and not transferring since it hasn't saved us time and caused much stress.
