Customer service is PASSIONATE and understanding. Products arrive ONTIME. Being a customer for nearly 3 years now, the items are still going strong as day 1. To those reviewers out there who have doubts about an escooter company located in china, you will not have any worries with this company. They have your back with zero concerns and 100% safety, UL certified. This is a serious outstanding company with very high quality products. Keep in mind, that they also have a USA warehousing location. We must keep in mind, that america has always purchased items from china because they have the best technology on the planet. I been with other companies in the USA and they treated me like im nothing. But, Topriding has treated me like im #1 priority. They will not avoid you and will do everything to make a customer happy. Other companies will sell products. This company will sell and support you. Take my word for it, ya'll. Especially, to those that are wondering if this is a good company to trust their scooters. You will be pleased

Love the scooter. Still glad I bought it . But can't get the front wheel to work after only six months. I have replaced both a and b speed controller. Front power harness and still no power to front wheel. You have told me to video and set up one on one. The problem is I have very little time. I'm going to just end up having to pay for another front motor. I have sent many videos. And i have sent video of the led lights flashing and fully locking up and the reply is it will go away It hasn't. So I'm going to have to buy some other thing. If the scooter was not so bad as--powerful and in love with it I would be done with it.

The headset is bad, crunching over the balls, my wife that I bought the Z39 for did not know any better, I wondered what made her crash twice, I thought it was lack of skill.. I took it for a ride and the steering was AWEFUL! it would jam lightly then with the needed pressure would clear then have you OVERSTEER! I TRIED to reach out to Top Rider who I purchased it from.. just to get instruction or a video so I can do the repair.. it has less than 50 miles on it!! So, I called their number.. I get "YOU ARE CALLER #20 PLEASE HOLD ALL OF OUR REPS ARE BUSY WITH...BLAHBLAHBLAAAH" ... 20 MINS LATER "YOU ARE #14..." 30 more mins I was CALLER 10! THEN 20 MORE MINS I WAS CALLER 14 AGAIN..20 MORE MINS I WAS CALLER 20 AGAIN!! SO I GAVE UP RATHER THAN SPEND MY DAY WAITING TO BE CALLER #47! THEY SUCK! It's a decent scooter but Top Rider is BOTTOM CUSTOMER SERVICE!! IM GONNA SELL IT CHEAP! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE ON A CHINA MADE SCOOTER IS POINTLESS! Certainly you do not have a scooter shop to do repairs for you near your house and will have to do them yourself..this is where customer service is REQUIRED!! Spend the extra money and buy a GSpace scooter, they are like family to me now. I will be buying a GSpace for my wife that won't kill her like this atrocity of a scooter almost has! Maybe ZSnake USA is a different company but They might be a better distributor to buy from I don't know but I do know GSpace is REAL DEAL UNLIKE THESE JOKERS! 9/01/26 EDIT! They finally responded a week later to me..it's now 9/12/26... probably when they would have picked up the phone had I stayed on waiting!! I DONT NEED HELP A WEEK LATER! I NEEDED HELP THEN! Please use the time that you may have spent on helping me with my broken scooter that I finally fixed on my own ...fixing your very poor customer service.. when buying a foreign scooter that is not of the highest quality to begin with it makes customer service the most important aspect of a scooter choice. My bad.. it won't happen again!! The ZSnake scooters are disposable scooters, I was able to fix the bearing in the headset this time, but I know now if a controller, a motor or anything breaks that I CANT FIX.. it's going in the garbage. I won't be a revolving customer sitting for weeks to get a response!
