Ordered and paid for 2 day shipping on September15th, bought a set of 4 cards.... it's 9-27-21 and still have not received the product or a response to the 3 emails to customer service... when you call the call center it gives you 6 prompts to choose from and when you push the 1-6 options, nothing happens!!! i have collected for 35 years and i can't believe this is the standard that the TOPPS company holds, so very disappointing! I feel scammed

Shocking company. I tried to order from their website but got an error message for my payment. I tried again and got another error message so i gave up. The next day I had two charges on my card bill so contacted topps for a refund of one of the charges. It has been almost a month now and I have no refund. Disgraceful.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but NEVER give this company money. The products are extremely poor in the quality control department, when a "guarantee" in a very expensive box of cards isn't there you're just screwed because they don't respond to emails or answer the phone. I've been an avid card collector for 30+ years and Topps/bowman is my go to... Until now. There's zero excuse for how poorly they run this company currently... Covid is not an excuse Topps. Get your Shib together.

Shocking customer service been over 2 months to receive a reply about a missing order. Numbered erling haaland fire card /500. When I did receive an email back it was only to say my case has been closed.

They have not replaced the redemption card for a substitute because they didn’t have the card. Took customer service six months to answer my email. Said they would work on it but they haven’t done anything in the last three months. Pretty sure we are on two years now since I tried to redeem it. I have filed a better business bureau complaint now to attempt a resolution.

Can't call this company to speak to anyone to arrange a return. There is an automated voice message which says that are closed. No one available on facebook messenger. Website says to email info at toppsdirect.com but have had not response in nearly three weeks. When I emailed them I got a case ID and today I received an email saying "Your Topps case-id: 00033684 has been closed" Without any explanation as to why or without any contact with me at all.

AWFUL COMPANY LONG WAITING DELIVERY TIMES BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE But they can release new products most days of the week. What a joke!!!
