So after finally getting a numbered refractor rookie of caitlin clark and seeing it was factory ceased on back only, i sent it in to get replaced. What i got back was a second year half the value. When confronted they said, i guess we owe you 240 value more. After inflating theirs and deflating value of mine they come up with this number. Great but a rookie is something that will continue to grow in value, 2 second year cards was and is a spit in the face, a kick in the groin!!! Can't i just get one good second year that would grow in value!!! No, they will send me a second card that won't grow in value, probably be worth less than their crap estimate of 240 by the time it gets here! I'm done with spending money on topps, i spent tens of thousands chasing the holy grail and when i get it this happens, garbage service! and arrogant as hell!!! Email acted as if they were doing me a favor of sending another half assed card in trade for a holy grail of cards, yea thank you so much for giving me cards that are more common and easier to get, what a company!!!! If i could post pics i would, the emails are disguising. You can find copies of emails on Facebook card groups!!!

Sent in a Autograph football player card from topps chrome ucc that was clearly been damaged at the printing process almost burned along the bottom of card! They asked for photos ect then they said send the card to them for further investigation to which I did recorded post! they got back to me admitted it was there fault! In printing process but because card was 1 0f 1 there was nothing they could do? Which I wasn't happy because the card belongs to my 10 year old son who actually pulled his first auto card. But was upset with the condition hence why I contacted topps! And I then received a further email from topps (ongoing for 5 weeks now) stating that Italy topps might have a replacement in there stock? Another 2 weeks passed and I received still nothing from our Italy branch and that was 4 weeks ago nothing from them since! My son's absolutely heart broken and lost all interest in collecting football cards THANKS TOPPS I HOPE YOUR HAPPY!

Hätte eine fehlerhafte Bestellung, da ein Produkt im Wert von 500 Euro fehlte. Bis heute keine richtige Rückmeldung. Als Entschuldigung kam EIN EINZIGES !! Max Attack Booster. Eine bodenlose Frechheit. Finger weg!

Warte seit einem halben Jahr (!) auf Teile meiner Bestellung. Kundenservice mehrfach angeschrieben, eine Antwort kam ein einziges Mal, man würde sich kümmern. Seitdem ist nichts passiert. Support ist ein schlechter Witz, Bestellungen, die ankommen, brauchen auch eine Ewigkeit. Für eine Firma, die Vorreiter in ihrer Branche sein will, einfach nur lachhaft. Auf die Kunden wird gesch*ssen

I have a redemption that I sent in for three years ago. I reach out to the company via email and phone several times a year. Always ends the same...They say they will escalate the case and then no one ever reaches back out to me. I have talked with Eric, Nic, Patrick O' Sullivan....always the same. No one will ever even talk to me about the redemption that I sent in for and they never shipped. Never offered a replacement or anything. They all just run. Stay away from this company... They don't care at all about their customers.

Watch out. My order of 24.11.2023. Has not been delivered yet. Was shipped 01.12.2023. Was in Milan Italy on the way to Denmark. In pulheim Germany since 5.12. (Waiting to hear back on multiple support requests from not only Topps, also couriers Spring and Post NL)

Unfassbar schlechter Verein. Auch bei uns kam der Adventskalender viel zu spät, nämlich heute. Ich hatte ihn bereits 2x storniert und um Rückerstattung gebeten, keine Reaktion. Nun muss ich mich um ein Retourenticket kümmern und das Paket zum Shop bringen. Sehr aufwendig für etwas was ich gar nicht mehr haben wollte. FINGER WEG!!!

Seit über drei Wochen keine Ware (geht leider um einen Adventskalender), keine Erreichbarkeit. Auf Mails wird nicht reagiert, die deutsche Nummer funktioniert nicht. Lasst bloß die Finger von Bestellungen. Ich werde rechtliche Schritte einleiten.
