Die Firma versendet keine Rechnungen, was rechtswidrig ist. Kundensupport meldet sich nicht

I purchased a card from the TOPPS website on November 19, 2024. When I hadn't received it after three weeks, I called for an order status. It was almost impossible to get to a CSR. When I finally got through, the chat agent told me the card wouldn't ship until May or June of 2025—80 to 100 days! I was in shock. The card cost $250.00, and I was hoping to have it in my possession soon. I guess that's not going to happen. Topps was good at one point, but it's gone downhill fast. The new management and organization are the worst in the industry. I look forward to the day new management arrives or the company closes its doors. It has been cheating customers for years and deserves to be severely punished.

wurde um 125 Euro abgezogen. Hab eine Karte bestellt von der Em aber nie erhalten. Überall werde ich ignoriert auf instagram sogar blockiert. Pure abzocke für ein eigentlich großes unternehmen

Awful service. Sent me an inferior and wrong product worth a third of the price of what I purchased 6 months ago. Took months to reply to messages and emails and offered nothing in return. Avoid at all costs. Don’t even reply to customer service emails and if they do it’s months later

Shitty, Shitty, Shitty, Shitty company. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

mehr als 2 Monate auf Bestellung gewartet. beim link zur sendungsverfolgung steht nur "Error 404", keine Telefonnummer, von Service-Mailadresse kommen nur standardantworten

Nach 6 Monaten liefern diese Leute die falschen Bilder!!!!! 5 fehlen und 3 sind falsch geliefert worden. Danke für nichts!

Eine absolute Frechheit diese Firma. Ist für mich schon Betrug im großen Still! Von unserem Fußballverein warten schon einige auf die bestellten Euro Sticker seit über 3 Monate. Werden nicht zugesendet und man bekommt keine Antwort von Kundenservice. Bitte unterstützt diese betrügerische Firma nicht!
