For the last 5 weeks or so they have been calling me. They are like children, "No" mean to keep calling. I finally to Mr Parker to stop calling. I keep blocking their phone number but they keep calling. This is a spam & scam company do not use this con artist

***THEY DO NOT HONOR 40 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE** Normally I do not leave bad reviews for businesses, as a business owner my self but I signed up for top page rankers a few weeks ago. One of the sales man told me to give them a try that its was non-contractual, I could cancel at any time and that they even had a money back guarantee for 40 days. After a week of getting set up with them, I realized every phone call I got was them telling me I needed to spend more money here or pay a fee there, we need to re-do your website or buy all these other things. I understand as a business you have to make money, but they have super pushy sales people who try to sell you every chance get. After that I was extremely turned off from the company and felt that I could find, not only better marketing, but a better customer experience with another company; at this point I decided to use my 40 day money back guarantee, that was promised to me,about a week and a half into my membership. The person who was in charge of my file became irate at the fact I wanted to cancel my membership saying things like “how do you expect me to run a business if I just give everyone their money back?” this went on for another 30 minutes until I was transferred to their field operations manager who was snobby and disrespectful. He made smart remarks and laughed on the phone 4 times during our very serious 45 minute conversation. He tried to negotiate with me about only giving me a portion of my money back. I was set on getting a full refund as its implied on there website. He then said he needed to transfer me to the sales rep and if the sales rep agreed to give me my money back he would do so out of pocket. I refused to speak to the sales rep on the grounds I was already speaking to the person in charge of refunding my money. He told me it would make his job easier to just let us “work it out”. Im sorry sir This is an inconvenience for you, but as a owner of a company I would never allow anyone else from my staff to handle any of my responsibilities to a customer out of laziness. I was then transferred to the OWNER OF THE COMPANY. Who told me he would investigate and get back to me within 24 hours. It has now been another week with no response. I urge you not to use them For marketing, but if you do pay using PayPal as they were the only ones who can get you money back. I had to fill a claim and wait 10 days for me my money. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOP PAGE RANKERS!

Please read this before you start a business with this company They scammed me, stole my money from my credit card and tried to scare me from legal action/notice while I deny to work with them because of their no quality work, lying and fraud. . I am an appliance repair company owner. the guy, Joe Alexander and his boss Brain Parker are fraud artists. all they know is talking sweet and colorful to trap your money. I started SEO with TPR 2 months ago. All they got me was fake calls, they had people to click my website so they can show me statistic that their work is beneficial. first month I got nothing, I called them, they told me that the problem is my website so I have to have a better website. They offered to design my website in 14 day, "the website will be state of the art" and send my some samples, I select one and ask them to design me one like that. you know, they just changed the pictures and that company's to my company and sent me outlay of the website with so money problem and low quality picture. I send them email on the issue. The guy Joe said "don't be worry sir, I will impress you". this went back and forth for a while but was not able to fix anything. So I have to cancel the website because they unprofessional, scum and fraudulent, have complete my website and was just passing from today to tomorrow and only know copy paste from designing a website. After I cancel the website they stole money from my credit card. I asked them why? asked Joe that I want to talk to his boss. he replied "my boss doesn't want to talk to you. you will receive a legal notice on Monday and our attorney will contact you. we charged you for the website and have proof to everything" I said that is great I have the same proof from you too, I give you 3 chances to correct the website but you failed. I called my bank and dispute my money. The are just scammers. The wrote fake 5 star reviews on the website they copy paste for me from the people I never know and never worked with from this I believe that all their own 5 star reviews are fake too.

Horrible company.. Wonderful promises in the begining, but HORRIBLE results. Soon after the calls start needing a little more money this or that, and that continues every week for weeks until you catch on and put a stop to it, and even after all the payments they take your money and provide NOTHING. And God forbid you give them access to your website, if you complain or try to get your money back they delete or block your website so all your customers get a warning saying your website is fraudulent and attempting to steal their info.. your website and

I am forced to provide a star but BEWARE this is a fraudulent company. They are scumbags preying on small businesses taking their money and not providing any service promised. RUN away and DO not answer their calls any number from a 832! They are pure scum!
