I've been working with this company for a couple of months now and so far they've been able to hold up their end of the bargain. They communicate regularly and give me updates on the work being done. They set me up with a website and got it posted on Google. My account manager Arthur is very good at what he does and has helped me gain trust in the company. I was skeptical to work with an outsourced company but i have no complaints about the service that they provide.

I've asked multiple times for them to remove the company off of their call list, I've even blocked several numbers that they call from. Not good business practices to continually call after asking multiple times to stop calling. They've called 4 times already today and now when I answer if it's the same person they hang up! They claim to be affiliated with Yelp!

Really Enjoy working with David-he is amazing!! Very supportive, hard worker, relationship oriented. You feel like you are more than a transaction working with him, like he really cares.

Hi pressure sales team only out for money. They will not take no for an answer. was told my name was going to be removed, but I got 5 more calls a week later. In total I got 10 calls, 5 texts and 1 email. My suggestion is if you get a call from them hang up and block them.

THEY ARE SCAM ARTIST THEY SAY YOUR PAGE WILL ONLY COST THIS LITTLE BIT OF MONEY AND THAN ONCE YOU PAY FOR THAT YOU CAN'T GO LIVE UNTIL YOU GIVE THEM MORE MONEY THAN THEY SWEAR THEY NEVER SAID THAT THAN STAY ACTIVE THEY WILL KEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD WHEN EVER THEY WANT WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORZATION THAN WHEN YOU WANT TO SPEAK WITH MANAGER THEY SAY THEY ARE THE MANAGER THEY DONT CARE AND ARE REALLY SMUG PEOPLE YOU WILL LITERALLY THROW MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN AND GET NOTHING AND WHEN YOU COMFRONT THEM ABOUT NOT GETTING ANY BUSINESS THEY SAY YOU ARE LYING LOOK AT THE REPORT I SENT YOU DONT TRUST THEM THEY DONT CARE AND WELL NOT DO ANYTHING FOR YOU AND BEWARE BECAUSE EVERY TIME THEY CALL THEY ARE TAKING MONEY RATHER YOU WANT THEM TO OR NOT THEY WILL STEAL IT AND YOU WILL BE LEFT WITH NOTHING

Scammers that are trying to suck money from their clients.

My company is called 512 Remodeling Construction and Design and I used Top Page Rankers thinking their services would be note worthy but it's not. I have been trying to get a $500 refund on a website that was never produced or published and was was given to me as a prototype was the worse thing ever. Jason Brown sent me a production link to review the website and as soon as I saw this so called website, I requested them to copy my current website because what they produced was garbage. So here we are 4 almost 5 months later and I still don't have the $500 refund. I worked with Jason Brown who kept pleading with me to not take my services else where. Almost every time I ask about my refund he tells me it has to be submitted, approved and then I will get my refund but later the truth came out that he has never submitted my request. Then I had a call with Jason and someone named Isaac (Isaactoppagerankers.com) that was going to take over my account and I still have never heard from this guy. After telling Jason that I was going to dispute the charges and seeing his response I went to the website and found the CEO Brian Parker (briantoppagerankers.com). Email response from Jason Brown, "Jason Brown Mar 22, 2023, 11:38AM to me If you want to dispute the payment you can, because I know you will make that money stuck within the banking court because a lot of work has been done and I don't want you and Top Page Rankers to get into this as I was managing everything for your company. Let me send you the proof that the refund request has been sent and all I'm waiting for is those 14 days to end, so you get the money back. Thankyou" After I sent an email to Mr. Parker on March 23rd, I never received a response. I still do not have my refund and no one is responding to my email and what sucks is that I am being extremally nice in my communications. This is not a good agency, actually based overseas. They use staff in Pakistan, because some of my listings they created have location Pakistan on them. These listings were also cookie cutter descriptions and did not represent my company well. When I tried to get help from my account manager Jason he just whined at me for asking, did nothing, and then stopped communicating. Someone from their company somehow got access to my personal email and has been using it to respond to people's queries about my business. I've tried to contact someone, anyone at this company for months to get this access to my personal email removed. They just have voicemail and no one has ever returned my calls. It's a real nightmare. Google also banned my Adwords because of suspicious activity because the way this company set up my Google Business flagged my account. Killed my Adwords marketing.
