Long turnaround time, subpar material/construction
A day or two after I ordered, I emailed to say that I would like to cancel, since I hadn’t gotten any notice of shipment. I was told that the garment was “made-to-order”, so it wasn’t possible to cancel. Then I waited. And waited. I finally got a shipping order the day the item arrived, a very long time (weeks) after ordering. The item is attractive to look at, and it fits appropriately. Be aware, though, that the fabric feels cheap and very synthetic, and the construction is subpar. (Added after receiving the reply) The vendor has offered to make it right, if I can provide a copy of the mailing label which, of course, I can’t after all this time. I may wear the item once or twice and/or try to resell. When I hadn’t received it after so many weeks, I went through PayPal for a resolution, so it is no longer necessary for the vendor to fix anything.
