Most of the women are "hosts" and work for the website to engage the user to send as many messages as they can. There is, in the fine print of the "Terms," an admonition that the women are hosts and the site is for entertainment purposes. I don't think the site deploys "bots," as some suggest. I believe the hosts are compensated generously to be "textitutes." My word. I was curious when I came across the site. It was obvious after a few conversations that the hosts are compensated based on the number of user generated messages. They are not all hosts, however. Many women register and use the site sincerely. It is usually obvious after just a few exchanges to determine which, but I found a few hosts to be very good at it, and the tells that make most hosts identifiable were absent. I would ask straight up sometimes. This site is interesting but not recommended. There are many legitimate sites that operate honestly and transparently.
