I used them for a few days to try them out and was happy with the process. Then I decided to purchased a BCH package, unlike most of their packages this one you have to purchase 2 packages which I didn't see. I received an email stating "Please purchase another one as required by the terms"....Then after purchasing a 2nd one as directed by the company I have now received a 2nd email stating that I need to purchase 2 more to activate my contracts. Update 1/5/24: They to date have not refunded nor released my money. On 12/11/23 they stated they needed to terminate my contract first to release funds and I would have them on the 12/25. On 12/26 they confirmed that the contract was terminated and now the funds would be available on 12/30. On 1/5/24 they have stated that they never terminated the contract properly and have to resubmit the request and it will be a few more days. Whatever you do DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!
