Bueno dale gracias

Jason Mercado at Top Fitness Store provided exceptional assistance with my Treadmill purchase. He answered all my questions thoroughly and the customer service throughout was outstanding. The treadmill arrived as promised and works perfectly. Highly recommend this store for their product quality and superior customer care!

Made a big purchase involving several pieces of equipment for a home gym in late 2024. I have to say Jason Mercado and team were incredibly awesome! I ran into some online ordering issues, self inflicted, but Jason was able to recreate the order and send me a link whereby I could finalize the purchase. I was also able to put everything together myself within one day. I was recommended to Top Fitness by a lifelong friend who had also recently purchased a complete home gym from the Top Fitness store in Dallas. Knowing what I needed to purchase, I did my order solely online. My family uses our equipment every day without any problems. Thank You Jason and Top Fitness!

Fantastic experience! Great customer service, very responsive and knowledgeable. Was also willing to help me out by adding on some discounts to keep me on budget. I would definitely purchase again from them.

I want to share my recent experience purchasing the RBK recumbent bike from Precor. From the very beginning, Jason Mercado stood out as an exceptional sales representative. He was the first to respond to my inquiries and remained patient and attentive throughout the entire process. Jason answered all my questions thoroughly and shared valuable information about ongoing promotions. Just hours after receiving the details, I felt confident enough to place my order. I was particularly impressed by his prompt responses, even on the weekend—a testament to his dedication and professionalism. Precor should be very proud to have someone as efficient and customer-focused as Jason on the team. He made the process seamless and enjoyable, and I genuinely appreciated his commitment to excellent service. I’ve had a positive experience with Precor equipment before—my family has used the Octane Q35—and I’m confident the RBK bike will meet my expectations as well. I strongly recommend Precor, not just for the quality of their products, but for their outstanding sales team. Thank you, Jason, and the entire Precor team! Pola Gupta

We want to give RAVE reviews to Jason Mercado of Top Fitness. He made our Precor AMT purchase experience seamless and stress free. He even helped to coordinate the delivery in a situation that went well above and beyond. We would love to work with him again in further fitness purchases and will certainly be a repeat customer.

Jason was absolutely fantastic! I was going to buy this equipment from another website, but I was left on hold in the chat box in definitely. Jason not only match their price but beat it! He answered all of my questions immediately and the ordering process was very simple, quick and easy.
