I'm horrified to hear that Bob. I can't imagine any of our service people hanging up on a client. If you have a name for me, I will definitely pursue that personally. It is true that the Visualized Trader is supported by the programmer directly, and not by our company, which is actually a benefit since he is obviously more knowledgeable about the program than anyone else.

Thank you for the feedback. TradingView is indeed very popular now and I personally use it along with other platforms. We poll our customers annually and one of the questions we ask is which trading platform they use. There isn't one platform that comes out on top in our polls, there are always 4=5 that are all at the top of the polls (both NinjaTrader and TradingView are always in the top 4), so for that reason it wouldn't be worth the immense amount of time it would take to recreate all the videos in the course. I hope you understand. Finally, my trading method is not dependent on any one particular trading platform. It can be traded on any trading platform I've ever seen.

Paul, thank you for the feedback. I personally checked into your account and do see your order, so I'm not sure why you didn't receive any correspondence and I apologize for it. There was a short period of time where our email server went down last month, so perhaps it was during that time. The other possibility is that there was an email delivery problem in your server at fairfieldbeauchamp.com blocking our emails. I took it upon myself to go into your members area of the courses you purchased, and it shows that you have now completed all the courses. So hopefully all has been remedied now. If not, please send me an email directly at [email protected] and I'll make sure you get the assistance you need.

I think you meant to say the emails "do not allow you to unsubscribe," rather than "stop the unsubscribe." To that point, ALL of our emails have an unsubscribe link that is automatically placed in them my our email client software. I would be happy to go in an manually unsubscribe you from our database, if you are in fact in it, but you haven't provided your information and instead chose to leave an anonymous review. I see you did the same thing with the only other review you left for another company in TrustPilot, so they appealed your review as being a malicious attempt to bring down their good reputation and we will be doing the same.
