They have a social media group on Facebook. If you disagree with a post asking to form a class action lawsuit they allow other members to speak nasty to you. If you send the admin a message reporting it they block you for it instead of sitting down to take care of the issue. If you dare disagree with the admins opinion about a company (by stating your own personal opinion) they aren't mature enough to understand that not everyone agrees. They prefer to be immature and kick you out of the group. If they aren't mature enough to handle a small disagreement online are you really going to let then oversee which class action lawsuits you apply for? Unprofessional and very immature

Misinformed on class actions and led on

Class action lawsuits were allowed to let victims that were hurt by others but their losses were small band together and sue companies that had deep pockets. Unfortunately, Law Firms go after these big companies with deep pockets and collect big fees, sanctioned by the courts whose judges are usually former lawyers and members of the same club. The actual victims sometimes are compensated but usually get pennies or nothing as seen in the most recent case against $13million settlement against Google where the fines are going to Privacy Advisory Groups instead of the people that were harmed and the Lawyers get a big chunk of that. This website promotes these Class Action suite and makes it easy for people who were not actually harmed to collect a small share of the settlement
