Toozey does not communicate. I gave a bad review because I had been charged but nothing had shipped as far as I knew. They indicated they would email when my order shipped. There never was any tracking, no response via email, and there is no existing phone number in the US. I finally received my product 15 days after I ordered so I'm moving them up to 3 stars only because I finally received my order.

Color description is confusing. I ordered a “grey” pet house and got a red one with a grey roof. When I contacted customer service thinking they sent a red one by mistake, they said it was correct because the roof was grey. However, customer service was prompt and my cat likes the house even though the bright red house doesn’t look nice on my porch.

I like the design of the tree, but the materials are a bit flimsy. Our old cat tree was carpeted and held up for quite a while.
